We are committed to maintaining personal data in accordance with UK data protection legislation, and will take all reasonable steps to ensure personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction.
LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Scottish Care Inspectorate. We are registered with the General Pharmacy Council (GPhC) for our pharmacy activity. We are licensed by Monitor as a provider of clinical services and regulated by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
We are accredited to ISO:9001 standards and have consistently attained at least level 2 of the NHS Information Governance Toolkit.
