2019 Patient Satisfaction Results

LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare (LPCH) are delighted to be able to share the results of the LPCH Patient Satisfaction Survey 2019.

Over 30,000 surveys were distributed to patients and we had 2351 completed surveys returned, providing valuable feedback on our service.

The overall survey results are strong, showing that 90% of LPCH patients would be ‘highly likely’ or ‘likely’ to recommend our service to a friend or family member. Our overall satisfaction rating across all departments is 93%, a 3% increase on the score from 2017.

Some of the key stats from the survey are below:

  • 2351 respondents (up from 1400 v 2017)
  • 90% Recommendation Rating (same as 2017)
  • 93% Satisfaction Rating (3% up v 2017)
  • 93% Satisfaction Rating for our Patient Services Team (up 2% v 2017)
  • 95% Satisfaction Rating for our Deliveries (same as 2017)

LPCH are obviously delighted with the areas where we have improved or maintained scores, particularly as the business has grown from serving 37,000 patients to over 85,000 patients in this time.
